My name is Mr. Andrea Spadafora and I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in the State of Missouri (MT No. 2022008071), based out of St. Louis.

I am also Nationally Board Certified by the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB #530043-07).

My professional massage therapy practice Yogaphora, LLC, is located under the umbrella of FlexTime Fitness (an Exception Business owned by Ms. Deborah Hasten, located at 1401 S Brentwood Blvd, Suite #135, Brentwood, MO 63144). My organization (LLC) is already registered with the Missouri Secretary of State. 

Professional massage therapy at Yogaphora LLC is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.

Services offered at Yogaphora LLC are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment and Clients should see a Medical Doctor, Physician, Chiropractor or other qualified Medical Specialist for any mental or physical ailment.

Yogaphora LLC Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.

Yogaphora LLC carries adequate and current liability insurance through the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
